Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReachReport, a PR coverage reporting service (the “Service”) operated by Laurent Bedubourg EI, 3 avenue des Pyrénées, 44400 Rezé (France), SIREN 539947960 (“ReachReport”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you have signed a separate written agreement with ReachReport, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.

1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account owners of material changes by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account before the changes take effect.

2. Accounts

  • The Service is intended exclusively for professional use.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide your full name, a valid email address and any other information requested during sign-up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • One person or company may hold only one free account. We may restrict or close free or trial accounts that appear to be used to circumvent plan limits.

3. Plans, payment and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by credit card, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement (for example, annual invoicing).
  • Fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time.
  • When you change plans, the new price applies immediately.
  • Prices exclude taxes and duties, which are your responsibility.
  • We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

4. Account status, data retention and deletion

  • Ending a paid subscription. If you stop your paid subscription, or a payment fails, your account moves to the free plan. Your account and data remain available, subject to the limits of the free plan.
  • Trials. When a trial ends, the account moves to the free plan in the same way.
  • Deleting your account. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@reachreport.io. We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and all associated data within 7 days. Deleted data is removed from our backups within 7 days.
  • Inactive accounts. Accounts without an active paid subscription and with no login for 365 days are deleted, together with all associated data.
  • Data export. You can export your data as a CSV file at any time. We recommend doing so before requesting deletion of your account. You are responsible for keeping copies of your content, for example using the CSV export.
  • Billing records are kept as long as required by law.

5. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, with at least 30 days’ notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, abuse the Service, create a security risk, or if required by law or by a competent authority.
  • We may also suspend the extraction of content from a specific source if that source asks us to stop.
  • We may add, change or remove features of the Service. We will give notice of changes that materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan.

6. Intellectual property

  • ReachReport owns the Service, including its software, design, features and documentation.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or access it with bots or scrapers.
  • You keep ownership of all content you add to the Service (“Customer Content”). If you share a report, the people you share it with can view it.
  • You are responsible for holding the rights or licences needed for the content you add, including licensed media content such as print clippings.
  • ReachReport captures and stores content, including screenshots of articles, only on your instruction and for your own reporting purposes. You decide which content is added and with whom reports are shared.
  • You are responsible for how you use and distribute reports, including making shared report links public.

7. Use of your data

  • You grant us a licence to store, process and back up Customer Content only to provide, maintain and improve the Service and to communicate with you.
  • We never sell Customer Content or personal data, and we do not use Customer Content to train AI models.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymised data derived from use of the Service, which does not identify you, your clients or any person, for example for industry research or benchmarks.
  • For personal data contained in Customer Content, we act as a processor on your behalf. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
  • You must not upload special categories of personal data as defined by the GDPR (such as health, biometric or political data).
  • Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will take reasonable steps to protect the other party’s confidential information and use it only for the purposes of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results (including readership and audience estimates) will meet your requirements. Readership, views and other metrics are estimates based in part on third-party data. They are provided for information only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of these figures.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReachReport is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, profits, revenue or business. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Any claim relating to the Service must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ReachReport against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, the content you add to it, or your breach of these Terms, including reasonable legal fees. You agree to cooperate in the defence of any such claim.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, distribute malicious code, infringe third-party rights or break the law. If you use our API or integrations, you also agree to the terms of the relevant third parties (for example, the YouTube API Terms of Service).

The Service integrates with third-party services (for example YouTube, Google Alerts and AI assistants). Their own terms apply, and ReachReport is not responsible for their availability or performance.

If you believe content on ReachReport infringes your rights, contact privacy@reachreport.io. We will review the notice and may remove or disable access to the content. We may remove or disable access to Customer Content that is subject to an infringement claim, and suspend accounts of repeat infringers.

13. Assignment

We may transfer these Terms, and any agreement made under them, to a successor entity, such as a company incorporated to operate the Service, by notifying you in writing. The successor entity takes over all rights and obligations, and is bound by the agreed terms, prices and contract periods for the remainder of their term. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

14. General

  • Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages of hosting or network providers, or acts of government.
  • These Terms, together with any separate written agreement, are the entire agreement between you and ReachReport regarding the Service.
  • Notices under these Terms are sent to the email address of the account owner.
  • If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not waive our right to do so later.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  • These Terms are governed by French law. The courts of Nantes have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@reachreport.io.
